Family run business with a focus on health, wellness, & recovery through hot and cold therapy. Enjoy a toasty sauna and cool off in our showers and cold plunge pools we cater for everybody's needs. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean with an abundance of fresh sea air. We offer delicious food fresh from the oven, tea, and coffees available from our cafe.

What we recommend

We aim to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience where you can enjoy a dip in the ocean and follow up with a fresh shower and immerse yourself in our cold plunge pools which are set to 3 and 7 degrees celcius for both experienced and novice plunge pool users. Please bring a towel to sit on and flip flops to get you to and from the beach.
At our cafe we offer teas/coffees, freshly baked goods, and Corks very own delicious O Flynns gourmet sausage hot dogs (Highly recommended).
